Your Wellness at Work is a mobile massage service that brings it’s Registered Massage Therapists directly to your office.  We utilize your companies insurance benefits that you and your staff are already paying for.  This means that our service comes at no extra cost to your employer.

We started up our company after realizing that so many people were letting their benefits go unused every single year.  A 2014 report released by Sun Life Financial said that Canadians were missing out on as much as $3 billion dollars by not taking full advantage of their defined contribution benefit plans.  That means people were throwing away as much as 3 to 6% of their salary’s.

The main reason for this waste of unused benefits was lack of time.  With such busy lives we tend to put our own health on hold until it builds up to the point where our bodies start to break down.  When that happens it can take a toll on our work performance.  Employees get distracted at work by pain, become unproductive, and they start taking more sick days.  If they need to get in to see an massage therapist they have to take time off work or book several months in advance for an appointment they need as soon as possible.

This is where we come in.  By bringing a massage therapist into the workplace you are not only helping those employees with current pain, you are also preventing people from developing future work related injuries.  Our therapists are trained to deal with such workplace injuries and can help coach employees with office ergonomics, as well as help educate them by giving them the appropriate stretches and exercises to prevent such injuries from occurring.
