Wichard Boon has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Barman at Café Roebels Leiden. In 2017, they were Head of the Treasury for the Sustainable Business Battle Leiden - The Hague. In 2018, they were a Stagiair Verduurzamen Amsterdamse Grachtengordel for Stadsherstel Amsterdam. In 2019, they were a Stagiair Distributie Hub for Gemeente Leiden and a Stagiair Environment Management System for Surinaamse Brouwerij N.V. In 2020, they were a Business Development Manager for both The Replay Group and EJECT TEAM. In 2021, they were a Media Intelligence Consultant for Meltwater. In 2022, they were a Business Development Manager for Innovation Boosters. Finally, in 2023, they are currently a Business Developer for YourCampus.

Wichard Boon completed a Master in Marketing & Sales from EAE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019, studying Ruimtelijke ontwikkeling / Climate & Management.
