Wout Hut

Wout Hut is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Yource Group and has held various directorial and managerial roles in operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. They have actively contributed to the field of customer experience and change management, believing that success and enjoyment go hand in hand. Wout's extensive experience includes positions at Budget Thuis, KPN, and Hot ITem, where they focused on coaching, team development, and performance improvement through data-driven insights. Wout is also a board member of the CCMA, the professional association for customer contact professionals in the Netherlands. They hold a master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam.
