Previously, Sindhu worked as a Business Partner at Cohere-Med Inc., where they managed HR, finance, and operational tasks, supporting the organization’s ISO certification. Their experience spans roles in internal auditing, human resources, and internships in finance, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in building scalable solutions and fostering high-performance cultures. Sindhu holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Christ University.
