YourMinds stands behind the development of HHR, a revolutionary method to promote the psychosocial work environment, protect and strengthen mental health in the workplace. HHR is a simple and evidence-based training concept developed to quickly identify and act upon signs of mental ill health among colleagues. We offer a digital 'HHR-bag' filled with HR supplements and tools to strengthen the work environment. Research shows that 40-60% of production loss can occur when an employee goes through a tough period. One day's absence from work is estimated to cost at least 10% of an employee's monthly salary per day. Replacing a staff member in the workforce can cost up to half a million, including recruitment, training, and production loss from HR, managers, and the affected employee. YourMinds trains your employees in the HHR method to become first aiders in mental health. This initiative ensures that those who are at the beginning of developing mental ill health receive the support they need to be able to return to their work and reduce the risk of sick leave.
