Peter Ffrench is an executive leadership coach and company director, presently advising senior executives, partners, and professionals through their consultancy, Ffrench Connection, as well as at Lee Hecht Harrison and Heidrick and Struggles. They possess over 20 years of senior executive experience across various industries, having held significant roles in companies such as Kellogg Australia and ENERGEX. A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Marketing Institute, Peter is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their potential. Additionally, they served as Board Chair at Yourtown until 2025, focusing on improving the lives of vulnerable youth. Peter is also a passionate volunteer surf lifesaver and was awarded a National Medal for their service in 2024.
