Tracey Edwards has extensive experience in management and consultancy within the disability employment and community services sectors. From February 2001 to March 2014, Tracey served as Business Manager and Consultant for Disability Employment Services at MAX Employment. Following this, from March 2014 to September 2017, Tracey held the position of Regional Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory at APM. Tracey continued in regional management roles at Workways Australia from August 2020 to July 2023, overseeing South East Queensland and the NDIS in the same region and Cairns. In early 2024, Tracey was Regional Manager for NDIS and Business Manager for DES and NDIS at Maxima Group until September 2024. Currently serving as IEA Performance Enhancement Manager at yourtown since October 2025, Tracey's prior roles include Service Area Manager and National Operations Manager at Feros Care from September 2017 to August 2020. Tracey’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Griffith University and several management certifications.
