Tracy Adams

Tracy Adams serves as the Chief Executive Officer of yourtown, one of Australia's largest charitable organizations dedicated to supporting young people in securing jobs, acquiring skills, becoming responsible parents, and leading safer, happier lives. Under Tracy Adams' leadership, yourtown addresses critical issues such as unemployment and mental health among Australian youth. In addition to the role at yourtown, Tracy Adams holds multiple positions at Tactical Global Management Limited, including General Manager of Corporate Services, General Manager of Fundraising, and Fundraising Coordinator, along with serving as a Board Member. Tracy Adams is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
