Scott Rawls is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and business applications. Currently serving as the Technical Delivery Leader at Neos Consulting Group since May 2022, Scott leads the software development efforts for the State of Texas Child Support Modernization Program, emphasizing cloud-based solutions and agile methodologies. Previous roles include Director of Business Applications at Fourth, Senior Director of Applications at the Texas Department of Transportation, Director of Administrative Applications at Texas Health and Human Services, and Vice President of Information Technology at American Campus Communities. Scott's career began at Rawls Consulting, eventually leading to advancements through positions focused on business analysis and software development. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
