Galyna Marchuk

Galyna Marchuk's work experience includes roles at three different companies. Galyna started their career at Marksman Ukraine as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist from September 2007 to January 2009. Galyna then moved to Netcracker, where they held multiple positions. From December 2009 to December 2011, they worked as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in a global telecommunications software provider. During this time, they gained extensive experience in various HR roles due to the company's growth and development. From January 2012 to May 2018, Galyna served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Netcracker, responsible for hiring and mentoring junior HR team members and leading the team during their manager's maternity leave. Galyna also participated in company-wide projects and contributed to the launch of several initiatives. In 2018, Galyna joined YouScan as the Chief People Officer, playing a crucial role in the growth phase of the company as the first HR person. Galyna dealt with various people-related tasks and responsibilities in a team of less than 40 people spread across two offices.

Galyna Marchuk earned their Master's degree in the field of Telecommunication Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2003 to 2009. In 2011, they attended the BeFirst Marketing School to study Public Relations/Image Management. Galyna also attended Konotop Gymnasium, although the specific years and field of study are unknown.
