Julia Mitsai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julia most recently worked at YouScan as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in February 2022. Prior to that, Julia worked at SupportYourApp where they held multiple positions including Account Manager/Customer Success from October 2020 to January 2022, and Customer Support Representative from June 2020 to October 2020. Julia also has experience as a self-employed individual at Mitsai IO from June 2016 to June 2020. Julia's earlier work experience includes working as a German Language Teacher at NTUU KPI from January 2014 to June 2016, and as a German/English Teacher at FAN LANG from March 2012 to January 2015.

Julia Mitsai obtained their Master's degree in Philology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their education and career, including "Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Foundations of Project Management" from Coursera in November 2021, and "DSD II Sprachdiplom C1" from Bundesamt für auswärtige Angelegenheiten in May 2008.
