Camille Helloco

Camille Helloco is currently the General Counsel at Yousign. Prior to this, they were the Group Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer at Arkadin from January 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating and managing the compliance department, implementing and managing the Arkadin compliance program, including data protection, compliance with applicable telecom regulations, anti-corruption and whistleblower protection, compliance with e-commerce rules, management of ethical charter and code of conduct, and accompaniment to good corporate governance. Camille also managed 2 lawyers and a GDPR project manager team.

From June 2012 to December 2017, they were Senior legal counsel at Arkadin. In this role, they managed a global portfolio of clients and strategic partners for Europe and the APAC region and provided legal training to the European commercial teams. Camille also negotiated large-scale international B2B contracts [client contracts: provision of services, equipment and computer solutions. Strategic partnership contracts with telecom operators or software publishers and indirect sales contracts (resale and distribution)].

Camille has also written and implemented Conditions General de Ventes in the EMEA region in collaboration with local law firms. Camille provided legal advice to internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, sales force).

Camille Helloco studied at the University of Exeter, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law. Camille also has a DESS from Université de Rennes 1 in juriste d'affaires internationales.
