Lyubа Beletska

Lyubа Beletska has worked in various roles across multiple companies. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Customer Success at YouTeam (YC W18). Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at TaskDrive in 2019, Head of Procurement at Unilak Ltd from 2011 to 2019, and Purchasing Manager at company Eney LLC from 2009 to 2011. At Unilak Ltd, their role included purchasing raw materials for can coating production, researching new markets for export sales, leading negotiations about payment delays and debts restructuring, organizing logistic chains, searching for new products, monitoring the chemical market for prices and seasonal fluctuations, participating in new product development, and working with state authority organs.

Lyubа Beletska completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from the Kyiv National Economic University in 2008. Lyubа then went on to pursue a Master's degree in General Psychology from Lviv State University of Life Safety DSNS Ukraine from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they began studying Gestalt Therapy at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt Therapy and is still pursuing this course.
