Wilbur You have a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the Marketing Director for American Invsco, where they developed marketing campaigns and managed internet marketing campaigns. In 2012, they founded Youtech & Associates, an integrated marketing and development agency that has helped over 1000 clients generate over $1 Billion in sales. In 2015, they became the Managing Partner for UrbanMatter Chicago, a resource for discovering new outlets in Chicago. In 2019, they joined The Alkaline Water Company as an Advisory Board Member, where they provided expertise in E-commerce, Marketing, and CBD. Most recently, in 2022, they became the President of You Capital, a Real Estate Investment Firm specializing in luxury rentals across the US. Wilbur Youare work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, technology integration, real estate investment, and advisory roles.

Wilbur You received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2013 to 2016.
