They have previously served as the Director of Education at JOB1 New Orleans, the Training Manager at STRIVE, and the Director of Talent and Workforce Development at the New Orleans Business Alliance. Young directed economic empowerment initiatives at The First 72+ and managed criminal justice reform programs at the Foundation for Louisiana. A W.K. Kellogg Foundation Global Fellow, Young is dedicated to building a sustainable future for youth and communities.
