Youth Elite Pathways Program empowers disengaged high school students in disadvantage communities by providing STEM education, training and yearly paid internships. Through engaging informational events, hands on workshops, and real-world career experiences as Project/Program Managers, Project Cost Control, Data Analysis, and Marketing in diverse industries such as Aviation, Construction, Energy/Utilities, IT/Technology, Transportation, & Water. By bridging the opportunity gap, we aim to equip these high school students for successful careers and cultivate future leaders, promoting equity and transforming lives in their community.
