The Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA) strengthens the people, agencies, and systems that support young people. We believe that when youth workers are supported, equipped, and valued, young people are better able to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Exceptional Training: We deliver high-quality learning experiences accessible to youth workers across the globe, strengthening knowledge, skills, and confidence to build true competence in youth work and leadership.

Relentless Advocacy: We advocate exclusively in Minnesota with a dedicated team of lobbyists to expand and protect the Youth Intervention Programs (YIP) grant and elevate the vital, often undervalued work youth-serving agencies do in MN.

Inclusive Community: Our community includes members from across the United States and a growing number of other countries, creating space to learn, connect, and grow together through meaningful relationships, whether through training or community.

Our Just Cause is clear and it drives everything we do: to ensure that every young person receives the love and support they deserve to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
