Founded in 2018 at the University of Auckland, Youthmix has grown into a nationwide youth development organisation supporting young people across New Zealand.

Our mission is to empower young people to thrive and excel in their careers by connecting them with opportunities, guidance and a supportive community.

Over the years we have built a network of more than 750 volunteer mentors and worked alongside universities, charities and community organisations to create opportunities for young people. Through mentoring, career development, events, volunteering and community initiatives, we help young people gain the skills, confidence and connections they need to achieve their goals.

Youthmix is powered by a passionate team of volunteers who contribute their time and expertise across leadership, partnerships, marketing, events, legal, people and operations. Together we are committed to creating positive impact and helping the next generation reach their potential.
