Chitresh Goyal has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and software engineering. Chitresh started their career at INTERMEDIA SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED as a Software Engineer, where they developed UI and functionalities and performed unit test cases.

Chitresh then joined SmartPlay Technologies - An Aricent Company as a Software Engineer and Quality Analyst, where they conducted requirement analysis, functional testing, and non-functional testing. Chitresh also prepared test plan documents and test case documents. Additionally, they conducted manual testing using TestRail and automation testing using Appium for mobile applications.

Next, Chitresh worked at Scientific Games as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they interacted with clients for requirement gathering and collaborated with developers on various testing issues. Chitresh implemented Agile best practices and performed regression testing in all releases. Chitresh also conducted automation testing and API testing.

Following that, Chitresh joined A.S. Watson Group as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst. Here, they focused on automation testing and batch job testing using the Cucumber framework. Chitresh developed test suites for different applications to reduce the time taken for manual tests and prepared test plan documents and test case documents.

Most recently, Chitresh joined YouTrip as a QA Engineer Team Lead. Chitresh'sresponsibilities include preparing test plans, designing test scripts, executing test cases, managing tests, tracking bugs, and generating test reports. Chitresh also plays a leadership role within the QA team and leads the Scrum process as a Scrum master. Chitresh prioritizes tasks for each sprint based on project requirements.

Chitresh Goyal obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jaipur National University. They completed this program from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Chitresh Goyal obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2017.
