Ashlen S. is currently the Senior Policy Lead for Trust & Safety at YouTube, focusing on youth policy development, content classification, and AI product policy. Previously, Ashlen served as the Global Product Policy Lead for Trust & Safety at TikTok and ByteDance, specializing in minor safety and mental health issues.
