Boot Bullwinkle is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in policy communications and digital engagement. Currently serving as Policy Communications Manager at YouTube since January 2025, Boot previously held the role of Associate Director of Digital Engagement at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids from May 2021 to January 2025. Earlier positions include Account Supervisor at Hager Sharp and U.S. Communications Manager at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, where Boot was also appointed Media Relations Director for a period.
