Cindy Jiang

UX Research Lead

Cindy Jiang is a UX Research Lead at YouTube, where they have been since 2018, focusing on viewer research for YouTube Shorts and improving the video discovery experience. Previously, they led initiatives in sustainable urban mobility at the Center for Automotive Research at Stanford and conducted UX research internships at Google and Amazon. With over eight years of experience in human-tech interactions, Cindy has contributed to fields ranging from data science to human-computer interaction. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees at Peking University and Stanford University, including a double major in Economics and Urban Planning, and master’s degrees in Symbolic Systems and Civil and Environmental Engineering.
