Daniel Webb is an experienced professional in consumer support strategy and operations, currently serving as Head of Consumer Support Strategy and Operations at YouTube since September 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Google from July 2016 to September 2021, including Global Product Lead and Strategy and Operations Lead for Australia and New Zealand, where responsibilities encompassed advising sales leadership and spearheading Go-to-Market initiatives. Daniel’s background also includes positions at Red Bull, managing national accounts and sales systems, as well as longstanding experience in account management at IRI Australia and artist management at Weapons of Mass Entertainment. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music, complemented by a foundational education from Cairns State High School.
