Emelyn Baker

Emelyn Baker is an experienced design professional specializing in interaction and product design, currently serving as a Senior Interaction Designer at both YouTube and Google since March 2019. With a background that includes significant roles such as Senior Product Designer at AltSchool and Lead Product Designer at Brit + Co, Emelyn has successfully led design initiatives aimed at enhancing educational experiences and media engagement. Previous positions include Design Lead at Bloc, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed team management and design education, as well as earlier roles at Intel Corporation and Nuvixa Inc. Emelyn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has pursued additional education at Cooper U and the Michael Dearing School of Thought.
