Marina Giessler

Marina Giessler currently serves as the Global Head of Music Business Operations at YouTube, where responsibilities include acting as Chief of Staff to Lyor Cohen since July 2022. Previously, Marina held various roles at YouTube from April 2013 to January 2022, including Music Programs Lead for the EMEA region and YouTube Music Marketing Manager, among others. Early career experience includes positions such as Content Partner Operations Manager at YouTube and Trade Marketing Manager at Walt Disney World - 20th Century Fox. Marina holds a Master of Arts in Marketing Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from EU Business School.
