Mathilde Bouvier

Mathilde Bouvier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy management, public affairs, and communications. Currently serving as the EU Policy Manager at YouTube since January 2025, Mathilde previously held significant roles at APCO from November 2014 to January 2025, including Head of Brussels Operations and Senior Associate Director, where oversight of P&L, revenue, and forecasting was a key responsibility. Mathilde also led the Secretariat of the European Alliance for Research Excellence from February 2017 to January 2025, focusing on TDM, AI, and Open Data.
