As Co-Founder of Quality Homes since May 2015, William has developed a portfolio of rental properties, achieving significant returns through portfolio consolidation and successful property sales. In the role of Trust & Safety Lead at YouTube, William has established a pilot team while managing and guiding a 22-member team through policy changes. William's prior experience at Google includes various managerial roles focused on project management, client services, and support innovation, contributing to business growth and enhanced customer experiences. William holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Business Management and Psychology from Hope College.
