Chima Ilo

Chima Ilo has three years of work experience. In 2021, Chima worked as a Software Engineer at Youverify, where they followed Software Development Life Cycle best practices within the Agile environment to produce rapid iterations for clients, collaborated with other engineers to build new features using Vue, Nuxt and Tailwindcss, participated in peer code reviews and ensuring compliance with the company coding standards, and troubleshot and fixed bugs for business-critical features. Also in 2021, Chima worked as an Open Source Developer at Docusaurus, where they collaborated with the project maintainers to redesign the user interface on the showcase page and created optimized, accessible and reusable components used to build the page such as tooltips, svg components, cards, and filters. In 2020, Chima worked as a Frontend Web Developer at AIESEC in Nigeria, where they created the organization's website to serve information on exchange opportunities to improve leadership among youths, translated UX and business requirements into coded solutions using React, Typescript, and GraphQL, and integrated third-party services as a part of implementation of the mission-critical user-facing portal.

Chima Ilo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from OAU, Ife.
