Ben Decker

Ben Decker is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Generosity at YouVersion, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ben spent nearly eight years at Life.Church, where significant contributions were made in various positions, including Director of Community Generosity and Interactive Director of Design. In these roles, Ben led cross-platform design teams and drove growth in user experiences for digital church platforms. Ben's experience includes previous roles in graphic design and marketing coordination at companies such as Q2ebanking and Thrive Mortgage, as well as a leadership development internship at Life.Church. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of Georgetown High School.
