Karly Lutz

Karly Lutz currently serves as the Head of Platform Operations at YouVersion, overseeing key strategic and operational initiatives since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karly held multiple positions at Paycom from January 2017 to June 2023, including HCM Service Manager and HCM Service Supervisor, among others, demonstrating a solid background in human capital management. Karly began professional career at AT&T as an Advanced Technical Support representative from July 2013 to December 2016. Academically, Karly has a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both obtained from Southern Nazarene University.
