Kay Yang has over 12 years of experience in business development, operations, and sales. In 2009, they began their career as a Sales & Connectivity Specialist at Best Buy. In 2011, they transitioned to Citi as a Banker, where they increased branch ratings, satisfaction, and revenue by building clientele relationships and offering tailored solutions. In 2014, Kay joined AADdesk Systems Limited as Business Development & Operations Manager, where they managed and developed strategic plans to build wholesale B2B relationships. In 2016, they moved to TradeHost.com as a Business Development Manager, where they motivated team members and junior staff to exceptional performance. In 2017, Kay joined Cooler Master as Senior Business Consultant, Global Brand Marketing Committee Chairman, and Senior Business Development Manager, where they held oversight of business development projects and strategy. In 2021, they became a Senior Business Development Manager at Ant Group, where they developed strategic cross-border payment solutions for regional key accounts. Currently, Kay is the EVP - Head of N.A & Global Business Development at YouWorld, where they oversee all partnerships and commercial opportunities across the company's products and services.

Kay Yang attended California State University, Fullerton from 2013 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Kay also attended Fullerton College from 2008 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General.
