Caio Cera

Caio Cera is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Universidade Federal de Lavras, with professional experience in project development and maintenance planning. At Buffalo Baja UFLA, Caio contributed to powertrain and chassis projects, including 3D modeling and structural analysis. Roles at Ciclope Componentes Automotivos and Marelli included engineering internships, while Caio also held a position as a Junior Maintenance Planner at Ypê, where responsibility included the implementation of standardized maintenance processes using SAP PM. In a later role as a PL Reliability Analyst, Caio utilized reliability techniques to enhance asset dependability, engage in root cause analysis, and oversee maintenance metrics, along with developing new components through advanced manufacturing techniques.
