Edson Silva

Edson Silva currently serves as Líder de produção at BENTELER Group since November 2022. Previously, Edson worked at Faurecia from May 2014 to February 2021 as Supervisor de produção, overseeing a Just In Sequence (JIS) production line with a team of 5 leaders and 38 operators, implementing Lean manufacturing principles and achieving a production capacity of 45 panels per hour while maintaining low inventory.
