Edward Paula is an experienced professional with over 23 years in the consumer goods industry, having worked with companies like Sadia, Parmalat, Melitta, Danone, and Ypê. They have managed large teams of over 800 employees and have led numerous projects focused on industrial management, supply chain, engineering, and process optimization. Edward's background includes significant achievements in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence. They hold a degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Goiás and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Currently, Edward serves as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance.
