Francisco Silva

Francisco Silva is a logistics professional with extensive experience in transportation, process improvement, and supply chain management. Initially serving as a Transportation Analyst at CELERE from August 2009 to February 2011, Francisco was responsible for contract management and the development of performance reports. Subsequent roles included positions as Logistics Manager at L'Occitane en Provence, where Francisco oversaw order management and implemented logistics improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and Process Supervisor at Avon, focusing on production process enhancements and technical reporting. Additional leadership roles included Logistics Coordinator and Manager at Avon, and most recently, Executive Manager of Excellence and Innovation in Operations at Ypê. Francisco holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Inbrasc and has completed an MBA in Project Management and a specialization in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Fundação Dom Cabral, respectively.
