Loreta Rios has accumulated significant experience in both engineering and administrative roles. Starting as a Student Intern at Schlumberger from April 2014 to December 2015, Loreta was involved in various technical tasks including maintenance order management and motor inspections. In a subsequent role at Ypê from February 2022 to February 2023, Loreta advanced through several positions, such as Administrative Analyst Pl., where responsibilities included KPI monitoring and dashboard development in Power BI, and participation in CAPEX management. Additionally, roles as Auxiliar de PCPM and Analista de planejamento de demanda Jr. involved production planning and SAP management. Currently as a Productivity Analyst, Loreta oversees industrial productivity management and leads operational training. Educational qualifications include a Técnico em petróleo e gás from IFBA, a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Faculdade UNIME, and an MBA in Logística e Supply Chain Management from Universidade Salvador.
