Solange Martinez

Solange Martinez has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a recruiter at EY since January 2015 and as a human resources specialist at YPF SA since April 2014. In addition to corporate roles, Solange has been working as a freelance selection technician since January 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Analytics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Psychology and Labor Psychology, from the University of Buenos Aires.
