Víctor León

Víctor León is a mechanical engineer with a postgraduate degree in production engineering. Over the past eight years, they have focused on unconventional fields, serving as the Chief of Production for Gas Sur No Convencional at Rincón del Mangrullo, and later as the leader of the Plants & Compression team in the Western Region. They have also held the position of Operations Leader for Gas Norte and currently lead the production engineering team for shale oil at the Loma Campana field. Additionally, Víctor has held various roles at YPF, contributing significantly to production optimization and operational excellence.
