Amanda Phillips

Amanda Phillips is an experienced professional in learning enablement and content development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at YPO since November 2008. With a background in managing a globally diverse team and creating training content for over 300 members, Amanda has also excelled in improving video and podcast content submission processes and training management team members at YPO. Prior roles include Project Manager for international meetings, where Amanda facilitated communication with speakers and internal customers, and Coordinator for Education Resources, focusing on maintaining speaker information databases. Prior to YPO, Amanda worked at Eaton Vance as a Mutual Fund Operations Representative, providing customer service for mutual fund inquiries. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Design and Corporate Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Bentley University and has also studied at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
