Brad Tipper

Brad Tipper is the Chief Executive Officer of Grassroots Carbon, a company dedicated to empowering ranchers in regenerative land management across the U.S., fostering partnerships with major corporations to achieve carbon reduction goals. Previously, Brad served as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Och-Ziff Capital Management, where they led marketing initiatives and business development. Brad has also held roles as a Strategic Advisor at Prospect Farms and MadHive and as a Venture Partner at Maximalist Ventures. An active member of YPO, Brad contributes to a global leadership community focused on developing effective leaders. They earned a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College and have pursued further studies in European Politics and International Law.
