Douglas Stein

Douglas Stein is a seasoned professional in the home services industry with nearly 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Customer and Strategy Officer at Cinch Home Services, they lead lifecycle management, corporate strategy, and product and service solutions. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles, including President of Cinch Real Estate and Chief Revenue Officer, where they achieved significant growth and retention rates. Douglas is an active member and former chapter chair of YPO Miami and has earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
