Felix Serrano

Felix Serrano is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with a background in brand architecture and board-level leadership. They have built and sold a multinational business, most recently serving as the co-founder and CEO of Activus Connect until its acquisition by Tech Mahindra, and are currently on a sabbatical. Felix has extensive experience in operations and client services across various companies, including holding senior roles at Vertex Business Services and TeleTech, and has actively engaged in strategic initiatives globally. They are also a member of the Board of Directors for YPO Orlando, serving as the Membership Officer. Felix earned an MBA in Global Business Management from the University of Denver.
