Fung Lam

Fung Lam is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic vision, currently serving as Founder and Executive Director at New Aim since May 2025 and a member of YPO since December 2025. Previously, Fung was the CEO and Founder of New Aim from January 2005 to May 2025, showcasing a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions. Early career experiences include diverse roles at companies such as Coca-Cola, HKBN, and I-cable, as well as various temporary positions that contributed to a versatile skill set. Fung has received recognition as a Young Rich List member, an Ethnic Business Awards Winner, and a recipient of the Monash Distinguished Alumni Award, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Monash University.
