Ileen Warner is the Executive Director of YPO GOLD Washington-DC Baltimore, bringing a wealth of experience in event management, operations, and community engagement. Previously, Ileen served as Executive Vice President at the National Education Initiative, where they advanced education innovation, and as a Marketing & Communications Consultant at the Jefferson Education Accelerator. With a background in sales and marketing from Micro Endeavors, Inc., and leadership roles in organizations like the Young Presidents' Organization, Ileen continues to drive impactful initiatives in both education and leadership sectors. Ileen holds a BA in Marketing from Duquesne University.
