Jitin Talwar

Jitin Talwar is an accomplished inventor, attorney, and founder with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) and machine learning. Currently serving as the founder of XLSCOUT since May 2020, Jitin focuses on integrating machine learning solutions for IP and research departments. Jitin is also the chief mentor at TiE Chandigarh and the founder of TT Consultants, which helps clients navigate complex licensing issues and develop cost-effective global IP strategies. As a partner at Talwar Advocates, Jitin practices law in India with a specialization in IP and contract management. Previous leadership roles include serving as president and vice president of TiE Chandigarh, and as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Jitin's academic credentials include a Chevening-Gurukul Fellowship from the University of Oxford and degrees in law and mechanical engineering from Panjab University and Punjab Engineering College, respectively.
