João Adas

João Adas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO, Chief Administrative Officer, and CFO at Cia Tradicional de Comércio since May 2018, João has successfully managed financial and strategic functions. João is also a Learning Officer Director and member of YPO since October 2022. Previous experience includes a role in M&A and New Ventures at Cabify and several positions at Via Varejo SA, where responsibilities included treasurer and budgeting manager. Earlier career highlights feature a stint as a Private Equity Associate at Pulsar Invest and an interim manager for M&A & Business Development at Biosev, where João completed multiple deals and contributed to significant growth strategies. João began the professional journey as a consultant at Monitor Group, gaining extensive experience in corporate strategy and finance. João holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV EAESP and is currently pursuing an OPM degree at Harvard Business School.
