Kaleb Kavuma

Kaleb Kavuma is an accomplished Economics and International Relations student at Cornell University with a diverse range of experiences in finance and leadership. Currently, Kaleb serves as an Alternatives Asset Management Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and a Private Equity Intern at Construkt Africa. Leadership roles include President of the Cornell Emerging Markets Institute Club and Cornell Equity Research, where Kaleb founded the CER Weekly Newsletter. Kaleb is also an Equity Investment Analyst at BlackGen Capital, achieving recognition in a national stock pitch competition, and a YNG Member at YPO, engaging with multiple chapters in Nairobi, Cornell, and NYC. Additional contributions include co-chairing the Emerging Markets Institute Annual Conference and conducting significant research on finance in Kenya’s digital sector. Kaleb's previous internships include a role at Bidco Africa and a Summer Research Intern position at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, serving as a Teaching Assistant.
