Leander A. Dolphin

Leander A. Dolphin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in education and employment law. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP since March 2009, Leander specializes in representing school clients and private non-profit organizations in various legal matters, including student discipline, special education disputes, and employment litigation. Previous positions include Co-Managing Partner and Associate at the same firm, as well as Vice President & General Counsel for Human Resources at Girl Scouts of Connecticut. Leander also has experience working as a Project Manager at the Criminal Justice Institute and is an active member of YPO and Chief.
