Leslie Routhier

Leslie Routhier has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), having served as Past Chair and Board Member of the International Spouse/Partner Community, among other positions. From 2014 to 2018, Leslie contributed to YPO's International Forum Committee and held multiple roles in the organization, including Health and Wellness Network Forum Officer and Regional Spouse Officer on the YPO Canada Board. Previously, Leslie worked in marketing and human resources at notable companies such as Unilever and Procter & Gamble, while also serving as Director of Human Resources at ICOM. Leslie is currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Wilfrid Laurier University.
