Mac Harman

Mac Harman is the founder and CEO of Balsam Brands, where they have successfully transformed the company into a globally recognized brand since 2006. Prior to this venture, Mac held various leadership roles including President & CEO of Progress Wire Products and Co-Founder & Director at ProService Boise. With a diverse background that includes a Business Analyst position at McKinsey & Company and a Commercialization Officer role at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Mac has also been an active board member for organizations such as Man Crates and Negrense Volunteers for Change US, Inc. They hold a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mac continues to engage with the community through their trustee role at Woodland School and participation in YPO.
